Dr. Deegan can make temporary teeth so on the day of surgery your remaining teeth are removed and 4-8 implants are placed per arch . In most cases, Dr. Deegan is able to attach the new teeth to the implants on the same day. So you leave with your new teeth screwed into the implants, never having to wear a removable denture. These temporary teeth will be worn until the bone and gums are fully healed. Then a new and permanent bridge is made. The final set of teeth can be made from various materials and Dr. Deegan will help you decide what’s best for you.
ALL-ON-4: If you don’t have enough bone in the back of your jaws for implants, the ALL-ON-4 treatment option may be right for you. Patients with less than ideal bone structure can get 4 or more implants placed at a specific angulation which can support 8 to 10 teeth on an arch. Most often the patient gets their teeth screwed into the implants the same day that the implants are surgically placed as in TEETH-IN-A-DAY.
